Sensory Nature Journalling Course

Over five weeks we’ll discover how to record the little daily thoughts, inspirations and feelings (maybe even a recipe for cookies, or even life!) and help connect ourselves to the world within and outside of us. This course is over a series of five weeks, all run together via Google Meet. You book the first session at your preferred time, and during your first meeting we will book in the remaining 4 sessions. The price for all 5 weeks is $500 and paid upfront with your initial meeting. This will include: - Printable journal pages for each of our sessions (we will use some, and then you can print more as needed) - A framework for each sessions to explore different sketching and drawing skills - Guided walk exercises for you to practice each week to help notice more about the world around you - Ideas of what you can record and share - A safe space to share ideas and explore your creativity and thinking - A sounding board to help connect your ideas and record them on paper (drawing and writing) - A session and time set apart just for you - Guidance around how to document the little things you’ve observed during the day You will learn simple tools to help processing the feelings you’ll discover as you slow down and start to experience the world around you: - Understand how you fit best into this beautiful world. - A greater sense of awareness around the harmony, beauty and peace within you and around you (in places you may not have looked before!) We will be working with watercolours and pencils You will need to have these, and an art paper notebook I can advise on the best ones to purchase if required.
