Life and Leisure

Being a mother is a full time job. Being a mother of a teenager is a full time job at a dangerous goods production line. The last two years were the greatest test for me as a person, woman and a creative wizard. It is not easy to be a wizard when you feel like tired witch quite a lot. :) I am so grateful though for the creative worlds where i could hide and if three is none nearby just make it. All the work as an illustrator is happening at my "leisure time". When everyone is asleep or happy or not asking for my assistance or input or anything else. It is funny with the woman and the responsibilities. I find the work to be the leisure. The most blissful moments when i can just be me. I do wish everyone had the recharging ME TIME at the hand distance when they need it. x
